How will I know if the cause or organization received the percentage?

We're committed to sharing our impact transparently. Every quarter, we'll post the names of causes and organizations that were supported, as well as, the monetary amount they were given. 

How can I become a vendor and sell my products with {BTM}?

What if I don't see a cause or product I like?

Don’t see a cause or product you like? No worries. We switch out causes and products in order to spread the love and give everyone the opportunity to get the critical funding they need. Be sure to SIGNUP to be notified when new causes and products are listed. *We pinky-promise not to share your email or spam you.

How can I become a supported partner with {BTM}?

Have a cause, initiative, or organization that could use our support? We got you covered (we hope)! Contact Us to start the conversation and to request a Partner/Ally Form.

What is the return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your PurposePurchase™, we’ll do what we can to make it right, no questions asked! Please Note: Due to COVID-19, we currently cannot accept returns on clothing items, except in the instance of a defect. A "defect" includes tears, rips, a significantly blurred image due to printing errors, and or a font misspelling. A "defect" does not include ordering the wrong size or the wrong color of an item. Because orders are made on-demand, we ask that you pay careful attention to ensure that you order both the color and or preferred size you want.


In the event of a defect item, Contact Us to request a Return-Request form. Please Note: refunds or store credits do not include shipping costs.


The returned item(s) must be in its original condition, with all packaging, and returned to us within 7 days, upon requesting the Return-Request form.  


**All return orders, require a re-stock fee of $3.95.


PLEASE NOTE: Digital downloads/items do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Can I refer vendors or partners to {BTM}?

Know of an initiative that's feeding kids in the community? Paying for school supplies? Thwarting gang violence? Fighting racism or doing something that aligns with what we support? Contact Us to get them on our radar for consideration.
